Are you a TEFL trained English teacher? The English House is looking for teachers for small groups of children and adults in Givatayim, Israel. We have full and part-time opportunities, although most of the lessons are in the afternoons. You should enjoy challenging work with a variety of clients in a warm and supportive environment.

Our business was established in August 2009 because of the dream of an English teacher who taught in Israel and abroad and dreamed of providing children a new, challenging, and enjoyable method of learning English. “The English House” today, which is located in Givatayim, attracts elementary school students, high school students, college students, working people, and anyone who wants to improve their English in order to speak confidently.

REQUIREMENTS:

Studying for a degree/has a degree in English/Education (advantage).

TEFL qualified with experience (advantage).

Proficiency in English grammar (in-house refresher course available).

Charismatic personality.

Ability to work afternoon shifts.

Conversational level Hebrew is a must.

Teaching Business English can be a challenge so the info that is given in Unit 19 can be very useful for a teacher while preparing to teach such groups.
