Makassar is a thriving coastal town with an exciting mix of the modern and the traditional, a picturesque sea-front and famed for its maritime history and great sea-food. Our working week of Monday-Friday 8am-4 pm, free weekends and frequent term breaks provide a great chance to experience the wonders of both Sulawesi and Indonesia, from the mountains of Toraja and the diving in Manado to the beaches of Bali (only 1 hour flight away).
Our minimum requirement is a bachelor degree and a recognized TEFL- cert qualification. A state-school teaching certificate (B.ed, PGCE etc) would be a definite advantage.
