English First East Jakarta & Bekasi is a locally owned franchise group supported by a worldwide network of affiliated branches and offices. We are seeking TEFL qualified native speakers to join our staff on a one-year renewable contract. The successful candidate would possess a recognized teaching certificate or equivalent experience; a degree, preferably in Education, Linguistics, or English; integrity, a good work ethic, a flexibility of character which permits adaptation to life and work in a developing country; an enthusiastic desire to teach students of all ages, including Young Learners; a positive attitude and sense of humor.
Our primary mission is to help all of our students meet their English language needs. Our course offerings are well developed and include comprehensive English language training programs at all levels for Young Learners, General English, Business English, and Conversation. The demand for Corporate Language Training in our area has been steadily increasing and we regularly service training contracts with both local and major multinational companies.
