Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit gives us a broad overview of the problems we may encounter while teaching English. Without stopping to analyze too deeply the reason for these problems to happen, it provides us with adequate resources to deal with these emerging problems and warns us about new ones that might arise. In my opinion, the biggest difficulties can appear in the management of a large class in which there are various levels of student knowledge.This unit provided examples of testing and evaluation methods. In addition to learning about placement testing and progress and practice testing, I became aware of the different external tests that students of English can take to present their level of proficiency to immigration authorities as well as prospective employers. These tests are very important and therefore, teachers of English must prepare their students for these tests.
