Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

The content of this unit shows how important the relation between the teachers and the students is. What I have learnt from it are the qualities of a good teacher/ student, the roles of the teacher in class and when to employ each role, and the major differences between adult learners and younger learners. This helps me to use suitable methods and to know about the students' problems and weaknesses. From this unit I have learned a lot about some difficulties that can happen in the classroom. I have understood that there are can be two type of groups such as new and existing. And I have learned some activities for establishing rapport between students and also others activities for warmers. Also I have known how to manage groups of different level's students, large classes and reluctant students.
