miniMinds is an afterschool English learning Centre located in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. We are looking for full-time EFL teachers who love children and are passionate about teaching to join our team. We offer a wide variety of classes for kids from ages 3 to 14, providing a broad exposure in teaching as well as curriculum development.

We’re looking for candidates who enjoy a team-oriented environment, are energetic, motivated, responsible, and enthusiastic to learn. Other requirements include:

• Native level English speaker with at least two years of full-time experience in teaching

• Teaching degree, degree in education, TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or an equivalent certification

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Available on Saturdays

I enjoyed the part about students talking openly in class about their favorite leisure activities. This, as mentioned within the previous test, opens the students up to breaking down shyness barriers and lets the other students know a bit more about their classmates, while the classmate introducing his or her leisure activities naturally has a chance to work on their various English skills.From this unite i have learned different methods of teaching and the most important and effective one is ESA .According to the English levels of students,the language point or aim of lesson,culture and other concerning factors,different kinds of ESA can be applied .I have also learned a variety of activities for different stages of ESA lessons and how to give feedback and make corrections .
