Language & Communication Firmentraining was foundedÂ in 1996.Â We specialize in personalized language trainingÂ atÂ businesses or homes, andÂ are looking for qualified ESL trainers to teach onsite at one of our customers in Munster (between Hamburg and Hannover). The lessons take place in the evening 3-5 times a week. It will be mostly one-on-one coaching.

From 16th Unit I have learnt following things: what are conditionals, reported and direct speech, when and how to use them and what is they best way to explain it to my students. I could always use them (conditionals) when I was speaking but I never knew how to clasify them. I like teaching ideas that are attached in that unit, that will be very helpful, as in my opinion, this grammar is not easy to explain for a teacher.Teaching is like following a recipe where all the ingredients should be prepared, and added at the correct time. There are specific stages where you can and cannot do some activities and strategies if you are aiming to create the most conducive learning environment for the students. It is important then to master the correct techniques and incorporate fun learning activities to make sure they are learning the correct way.
