Teacher of MYP Drama in Secondary School.
Responsibilities:
• Teach MYP Dram in grades six through ten
• Communicate and meet with parents
• Provide in-class student support
• Record and share with parents assessment data at regular intervals during the school year
• Collaborate with colleagues from within and outside of the department
• Support and collaborate with team members on student performances throughout the year
• Engage in professional development
• Participate in and/or lead departmental and other meetings as needed
Qualifications:
Applicants must have current suitable teaching qualifications and experience in various grade levels. We are seeking applicants with a passion for teaching and learning, inquiry-based learning approaches and strong classroom management strategies. Collaborators, creative thinkers and a growth mindset are also assets. Technical skills in light, sound and set design are also advantageous.
