The DUALINGO bilingual all-day primary school, run by the DRK-Kreisverband Jena-Eisenberg-Stadtroda e.V. (German Red Cross), is the only school in Thuringia to offer in-depth foreign language learning from Year 1. Our school is state-recognised. Our work is based on the Thuringian School Act, the curricula, the education plan and, above all, our school concept.Some of our pupils are taught bilingually. We work together in an international team of German, English and French teachers.To support our team at the DUALINGO bilingual all-day primary school in Jena, we are looking for an English Teacher/native level speakers (m/f/d) with teaching experience and/or a university degree, who can include their countries culture, be it UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or from other English-speaking countries into their lesson plan. Degree RequiredApplicants should have one of the following required qualifications:BA TEFL, ESL Certificate, MA, MA TEFL, MA Linguistics, Certificate in English Language Teaching Skills (Primary), Cambridge CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL, TEFL Certificate, TESOL Certificate, Cambridge DELTA, Cambridge DELTANative level English speaker preferredRequirements:You enjoy working with childrenYou (preferably) have experience teaching at primary school ageYou are a team workerYou are keen to get further training and bring in new ideasYou can speak German, or are willing to learn Applicant must have permission to work in the EU or hold a valid work permit for employment in the EU.
