Part-Time Teaching Opportunities (Between 2 – 8 hours per week) – Freelance or short-term contract
ESTICE International Management is an International Management school offering both undergraduate and postgraduate courses with a defining educational program that focuses on responsible business practices.
We require our English teachers to:
· Create and plan dynamic and student-centered English classes using a variety of media
· Use innovative pedagogy and engage students in functional application of language
· Create continual assessment evaluations, mid-term exams, and final exams
· To bring real-life experience to the student’s learning
· Use Microsoft TEAMS
Administrative Duties
We require our English teachers to:
· Respond to student email questions and/or questions regarding the course in a timely fashion
· Grade all assessments & submit them on time in an Excel spreadsheet
· Keep student attendance and submit after each class to the administrative team
Other
Optional pedagogy workshops are on occasion scheduled to work together as a team to develop a specific aspect of teaching.
Qualifications
We are looking for professional, university-level teachers with a passion for teaching the English language and who have a keen desire to teach English at the B1+ - C1 level.
We would like our English lecturers to have the following skills:
· BA/BSc and/or MA/MSc
· 3 years + university level teaching
· Recognised teaching certification (TEFL/TESOL preferred)
· Experience with student-centered pedagogy
· Strong classroom management skills
· Ability to create effective and objective-driven exam items
