The English language has many grammatical rules that are taken for granted by natural speakers as a given. By going back and looking through all of these rules, one can see that many are just intuitive to a natural speaker but could provide a significant challenge for someone trying to learn English. It is important for an English language teacher to realize this and to relearn some of the basics.Teachers should have a positive and engaging attitude with students.As a teacher should speak more slowly and clearly when we are teaching students new knowledge. Teachers should learn the sudents' name and involves all the students in the lesson to build a better rapport with the students.The attitude that the teacher comes into class with will have a profound effect on the success of the lesson.
