This unit is an introduction to the whole course; there is the explanation of the units, their content and a definition of the main acronyms linked to the \"teaching-English\" environment. It gives an explanation of how to use the tools in the main page of the course, how to use each unit and how to go on through the main tests. At the end it explains also the aim and the objectives of the course and the possible prospects.This chapter showed how the attitude of teachers affect the class mood and as though, the initiative of students to actively participate in the class. If the teachers looks bored and annoyed, students will be frightened and unmotivated. While if the teacher seems to have fun and smiles, students will feel comfortable and interested in the lesson. Therefore it is very important that teachers assume a positive and happy mood.
