The World Academy of Tirana (WAT) is a lively, friendly and welcoming school. We are proud to be the first authorised International Baccalaureate (IB) School in Albania since 2013. About the Opportunity
The school is seeking to appoint a qualified, Primary Homeroom teacher to join our Primary Year Programme (PYP) team from August. You should be capable of teaching Grades 1 - 5 (students aged 6–10 years), hold relevant university or similar qualifications and a bachelor’s degree in teaching.
We are seeking a committed, dynamic, and passionate teacher who can plan and deliver outstanding lessons. You should have a drive and passion for excellence, with motivation and belief to support a unique, inspiring, and outstanding place for learning.
The candidate must be a versatile team member and be able to meet a lively, competitive workplace's needs. You should be capable of exciting and challenging students to make rapid progress through delivery of high standards of teaching and learning. As our school is multicultural, you must have an interest in working in an international environment with different cultures.

A 10-kilometre flagstone pathway for walking and biking leads around the city’s artificial lake, with a spewing fountain and surrounding forest area. Well-equipped playgrounds and parks can be found throughout the city.
