Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

this unit explores the different aspects of classroom management . the topics include; classroom management, establishment of rapport with students and how teachers are suppose to use their voice effectively , this unit is really helpful to the teacher in the sense that it helps the teacher on how to arrange classroom seats so as to avoid disorder, on how to use the voice and due to this, the lesson will always go on smoothlythis i must say was one of my favorite sections as it was extremely interesting. i must say being born in Scotland ,living in Italy for 3 years, then living back in London for six years , before finally moving to the middle east, i feel that my accent has become so multicultural and easy for foreigners to understand. all in all i think this section was very useful in how teaching happens and i enjoyed watching the video too !
