This unit was about troubleshooting some common difficulties found in class. Some techniques for dealing with issues include choral drilling for big classes, pair work and group work to increase student talking time, and games to build rapport. Troubleshooting is an ongoing issue that all teachers deal with no matter how much experience they accrue, so keeping these strategies in mind is very helpful.The unit covers different ways of evaluation such as tutorials,evaluation by the students and the tests.It also includes students' levels and progress.There are a variety of progress tests which are diagnostic tests(it includes basically similar in content to placement tests,and are sometimes more extensive.)and practice tests(They should follow the format and the structure of the external examination.)
