We are currently seeking two highly-motivated, professional, dynamic and creative EFL teachers to join our growing school in the beautiful mountain city of Liberec. We have a different approach to teaching here at Castle English incorporating modern teaching techniques with highly original programs of study. Following the traditions of our school we want our new teachers to flexible, hardworking, highly creative, and extremely sensitive to the needs of our students. We pride ourselves on offering initial and continued support and training for all new teachers in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Requirements

All of our teaching staff have a university degree and a TEFL qualification and we expect our new teachers to have the equivalent. Experience is preferred but not essential. Compensation: The standard teaching week at Castle is 25 hours. After tax you take home about 20,000CZK a month.

Visual aids not only stimulate students but after reading this unit, it is quite essential that they be used.This unit talks about productive skills of students,it mentions accuracy and fluency has exact same importance are concentrated allowing the students to experiment and be creative with language. Accuracy and fluency have the exact importance. Accuracy will check students can understand and use the language in a controlled way before being expected to try to use it creatively in a fluency activity.
