Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Unit 8 looked at the seven most common structures used in the future tense. They are the future simple, future continuous, future perfect, the future perfect continuous, be going plus infinitive, the present simple and the present simple continuous. Just like the former units on the tense system, grammatical form, usage, typical errors and correction and activate stage teaching ideas were thoroughly covered.Unit six was a brief overview of the past tense uses in the English language. It went through the various rules associated with simple past, past continuous, past perfect and past perfect continuous and the various grammatical rules associated with it. The unit taught me the proper use of the past perfect continuous tense and how it can be applied in constructing meaning for communicating events in the past.
