Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

In this Unit 18 I learned that many people learning English find modal verbs confusing, especially their specific meanings. learners are also use modal verbs of obligation and necessity more than writers and tend to adopt a more direct and emphatic style of persuasion, however, the use of must, should and have to seems to vary widely across different learner populations and reflects at least partly cultural conventions. This unit discusses the theories, methods and techniques of teaching. I have leant various methods like audio-lingualism, ESA and different ways of starting a lesson;using real objects, flash cars, asking questions, list, follow-on questions, concetpe description, mime, definitions among others. The Engage-Study-Activate approach is quiet interstting and I strongly believe that if well applied the results will be awesome.
