Requirements1.16 teaching periods per week2.1-year contract3.18-60 years old 4 Native speakers must be from USA, UK, AUS, Canada, New Zealand and Ireland.5. 4-year University/College degree are desired6. TEFL, TESL or TESOL certificates are desired

Salary and benefits for the position 1.Salary is RMB 4000-4500 Yuan per month2.RMB 100 Yuan for lunch subsidy Per month3.RMB 100 Yuan for phone calls each month.4. Free fully furnished single accommodation 5. Round trip air ticket (economy class air ticket) allowance6. Annual travel allowance of 2200 RMB 7. Free medical treatment 8. Interesting parts which made clear some basic information about differences between the 4 skills. In a cognitive way most people are aware of these facts, infos, but to use them is a different thing. Interesting to put together everything. At the tasksheet I put together an actual lesson plan for tomorrow. I made many-many corrections while writing and thinking but I think inthe end I got what I wanted to achieve.This unit gives very good explanation of both teacher`s and student`s roles, I found it very useful to learn about advantages and disadvantages teaching adults, and ways to deal with potential problems. It is extremely important to choose appropriate task for developing such skills as listening, reading, speaking and writing, and this unit gave very good ideas on different ways teaching and developing this skills.
