Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

The approaches to grammar and vocabulary can be multifaceted and an inclusive of the students' interests. Making the coursework applicable to students through variations of engagement, study, and activation can provide students different perspectives to grammar and vocabulary use. Having some prior understanding of the students' spoken language may provide insight into their familiarity and processing of English vocabulary and grammar. It is good to know what many of the different exams for English proficiency are. As someone who has taught subject classes to non-native speakers at the high school level, I think it would be really good to have access to old examples of the main tests IELTS and TOEFL to better prepare students to take them by understanding the format better from a teach standpoint. How can you prepare someone to take the test if you have not seen it.
