Falcon ESL China has several vacancies for TEFL qualified teachers in the universities of Nanchang, Jiangxi province. The salary ranged RMB 4500 to RMB 6500 per month (based on experience & qualifications), together with Visa, Employment Permit, Residence Permit .Working hours are 20 teaching hours and an hour and a half of English corner a week.

I think a common pattern for these lesson have come to my attention. While this course was a nice refresher I feel as if the lesson does not work with the test provided in any way. The test will ask questions that are not addressed in the lesson plan, and will ask questions that are not specifically thoroughly. While I did learn from it, I also feel like these lesson could be simplified greatly.It was great to see the reaction from the students after the change in teacher attitudes, the second lesson was clearly more productive and more enjoyable for everyone, i liked how the teacher made it fun, and was not afraid to make it funny for some of the students who were comfortable. respect to this teacher who did this, i imagine the first (bad) lesson would have been quite difficult to do.
