Management Job in Shanghai – Accepting Non-Natives
Job Details and Benefits:
Full-time position at a kindergarten in Shanghai.
Work Time: 7:40-16:30 from Mon.-Fri.
Salary and Benefits:
Monthly salary: $4,100 – $4,800+ (30,000-35,000 CNY)
Legal holidays paid.

Composite allowance up to 8,000 CNY per month (before tax).

Main Duties:
PYP Coordinator with general oversight of teaching and learning.
Contribute to the school’s culture.
Collaborate with the Principal to manage the school.
Maintain open communication with staff regarding the curriculum.
Share all relevant IB communications with staff.
Conduct meetings with parents.
Ensure the school complies with requirements and procedures set by IBO.
Connect the school with IB projects.
Build international-mindedness for the whole school.
Requirements:
No criminal record.
Bachelor’s degree or above.
5 years of coordinator working experience and experience in IB.
