Opportunities Teaching TEFL in Luoyang, China

Date posted:2009-08-18 | Writer: Luoyang Aston English | Email: [email protected]

Aston are always looking for quality, energetic TEFL teachers to join our team teaching English in China. We recruit English teachers from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand. These ESL teachers work as a team with our Chinese teachers in the classroom. So, knowledge of the Chinese language is by no means necessary, but interest in learning it is always welcome! Living and working in China, along with the free Chinese lessons offered by our qualified and experienced teachers provides a great advantage to teachers looking to continue their own education. It’s also very easy to find language exchange partners where you can teach English and they can teach you Chinese.

It is our top priority to find the most qualified and energetic teachers to provide the best learning environment. We have recruiting offices in North America, Europe, and here in China to ensure we have access to the best available teachers and make the application process as smooth as possible.

Our school offers a range of programs including weekend classes for children and evening classes for adults. We are currently looking for qualified TEFL teachers to join our team. Contracts: 7.5 months - 13.5 months Salary: 4500 – 6500/Month (Contract/Hours dependant) To apply, contact us at the e-mail address given on the job heading.

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This is a great way to review what are we going to study in this course, probably some of us (students) including me don´t take time to deeply read the first chapters of each unit. It´s a great idea to detail every single unit and let us know what is this course will manage. Sincerely, I'm feeling enthusiastic about this course and I want to use everything I'll have learned with my pre garden students.Teachers always need to prepare for the lesson with a good lesson plan. A good lesson plan should not be rigid, but well-organized. We should follow ESA(Engage, Study, Activate) procedures and use ESA skills. There are many useful skills of eliciting and teaching. Please try to use at least two skills to make the class effective and vivid. Teachers should pay attention to TTT during Study phase particularly.
