This module taught me a lot about modals, phrasal verbs and passive voice which I cant say I was really familiar with but after having gone through this detailed unit and especially the work sheets, I can now honestly say that, I have grasped thee principles and I now know how and where to use them. A lot of practice is still required but I feel confident that with work, I will have no problems at all identifying which them.This unit has been very useful to understand the different levels of English teaching. It's very important to know when and whether to explain an argument (grammar, function or vocabulary)to your class. Therefore, while preparing his own lesson, I think that a teacher should evaluate the frequency/usage and importance for daily real life of what he's going to teach. Of course, students' age is also a factor to be considered.
