In unit 15, I have learned about how to evaluate and test students who are ESL learners. In this lesson I was confused with the difference between practice test and diagnostic tests. I thought that the practice test are the test to see where we the teachers place and the Diagnostic test is what they learned so far. But after reading and taking the test, I gain knowledge for the understanding between the two.With the help of this lesson I learned the 4 receptive skills. I also learned that they are equally important in a lesson plan and I should try and incorporate each and every one of them in every lesson, as much as possible. The material provided also helped me a lot. It gave an idea of how a lesson plan should be conducted. This course is basically teaching everything there is to know about being a teacher.
