This is a very important unit. I once again realized what a big influence something so small has on the learners and the classroom. Although I already do some of these things, I found it interesting to learn about more ways to make a classroom comfortable and easier to control. It can be difficult controling little 4 year olds but it will make my classroom an \"organized mess\" that we can all enjoy with these helpfull tips.This unit covers the receptive skills of reading and listening. Some specific topics discussed include different forms of reading and listening, different motivations for reading and listening, and typical problems with reading and listening that instructors should anticipate. The unit also includes a sample ESA lesson as well as sample worksheets that test students on reading comprehension and various grammatical concepts.
