We are looking for Language specialists - qualified ESL / CELTA / TEFOL teaching certificate holders, to teach English to young technicians in multinational IT companies.
This would involve teaching Grammar, structure and voice and accent for youg adults in the age group of 23 and above.
The focus would be on cultural sensitivity and other aspects of cultural values.

I learnt different methodologies such as Grammar-translation, audio-lingualism, presentation-practice-production, task-based learning, communicative language teaching, community language learning, the silent way, suggestopaedia, the lexical approach. No one is better than another one. I also learnt about ESA (Engage, Study and Activate) lessons and the different kind of them (Straight arrow, Boomerang and Patchwork).This Unit is focus on different Teaching Themes, Thanks to that I will be able to teach using Song, Chants, Musics, Games, Stories, Arts, Crafts, Activities, Movement.
Many ESA examples are presented through the Unit and teached me what method to use depend on the age of the student. (for example use strong rhythms with young learners).
Also some very useful websites that I will able to use during my teaching career.
