Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

In this unit I learned about how to teach functions, structures and vocabulary of English. I looked at various ESA lesson structures and their benefits in each area. I also looked at examples of topics in each of the three areas. I would have liked a little more information about the merits of each area in relation to the level of the students but I'm sure I can study that more in my own time. This Unit covers the basic structures and identifiers for Past tense. They give the teachers great tools to help the students structure and get context for speaking and writing correctly. By creating frames in which the student can learn through forms, usage situations and being knowledgeable of of common mistakes, teachers and students can get a hold of this tense form quickly and thoroughly.
