This Unit take a look at the productive skills: speaking and writing.While speaking and writing are substantially different in many ways, they both are used for the same purpose - to communicate.Writing is often relegated to homework which in turn is frequently not done and so the skill is never developed.The most students prefer to focus on their speaking skills but that doesnâ€™t mean that writing should be ignored.This unit comprises of many tenses which is use when teaching and discussing with the learners.When teaching we make use of the following tenses such as the present simple tense,present continuous tense,present perfect tense and present perfect continuous tense.With these tenses,it becomes easy to communicate with the learners.when these tenses are effectively use learners find it easy to understand and speak the language.
