Position: Secondary School Principal
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Secondary School Principal to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative operations of our secondary school division, ensuring that all students receive a high-quality education that prepares them for success in higher education and beyond.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a principal or division head- A Master's degree in Education or related field
- TEFL/TESOL certificate or diploma preferred- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams effectively- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- In-depth knowledge of the IB DP curriculum framework- Experience working with diverse student populations
