Demonstrating Christ-Like Attitudes.
All successful candidates must have a personal interview. This often takes place at one of the recruiting fairs.
Upon posting a position, SFS continually reviews applications and interviews candidates. Positions may be filled before the application closing date. Early application is highly recommended as we will conduct interviews and make appointments before the deadline if the right candidates are found.
At SFS we take child protection and safeguarding seriously. As part of our recruitment process we therefore ask detailed questions of applicants and references linked to child protection. Criminal background checks and other documentation are also required before final issuing of a visa. The finalist candidate will be asked to sign the Child Protection Code of Conduct.
