A rapidly growing English institute in the Palermo area of Buenos Aires is looking for three EFL teachers who are available for an immediate start, and who are planning on staying in Buenos Aires until at least September. Ideal candidates should have some knowledge of standardized exams (TOEFL, CAE, FCE, etc), have at least a conversational level of Spanish, and be friendly and out-going, whilst also being responsible and professional. The position involves teaching mainly adults. We look favorably on those candidates who have some sort of TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification.

This unit focuses on classroom management. It talked about balancing teacher talking time and student talking time. It discussed how important it is in order to maintain students' attentions. In addition, it covered different ways on how to build rapport with the students and have everyone involved. The tips were really helpful since they combine to form the secret to successful classroom management.This unit focuses on Conditionals and Reported Speeches.This helps students to easily identify whether a sentence is in a conditional form or it's a reported speech.I learned that in reported speeches, Present perfect tenses changes to past perfect.This is very important.This unit is great for both the teachers and the students.Going through this unit,I discovered i made lots of mistakes in the past.
