Teaching knowledge
The first role of the teacher is to provide knowledge. This is the most basic and essential role that anyone whom teache must fulfill. Besides, the teacher must not only have strong professional knowledge but also ensure the ability to communicate is easy to understand and create excitement for learners.
Teaching skills
The teacher has a role to teach students how to learn; how to receive and process knowledge; how to communicate, behave civilly and politely with the people around, how to train yourself; forming skills, awareness, ethics ... to equip students qualities that can meet the needs of social development.

Organizer
The teacher must plan, prepare the classroom environment, design activities to suit the abilities, practical needs, the life experiences of each learner. When organizing activities, it is necessary to put learners at the center of the educational process, create all opportunities for them to participate in activities gentle and comfortable and effective.
Instructor
The teacher is the one who guides students to exploit lessons, read materials, do exercises and guide thinking about each specific problem. Besides, the teacher also helps students to do case studies and practice skills in life. This role will help students turn the training process into self-training and turn human knowledge into their knowledge.
At the same time, the teacher also encourages students to actively participate in the process of improving cognitive and thinking capacity, guiding and helping them develop independent learning skills such as self-determination of their own goals. During the instruction, the teacher must be a "potential prophet" to facilitate and shape the knowledge of the individual student, harnessing the abilities of the student in the learning process. In this way, the teacher will focus on the student's process capabilities.

Observation is one of the necessary factors to help teachers accurately assess learners' competencies. Teachers closely monitor each student to demonstrate a sensitive period, which is the time where learners are particularly receptive to learning skills. Careful observation also allows the teacher to determine when the learner is ready to continue the next lesson.While observing teachers should keep a distance with learners so they do not get distracted from the activity that they are participating in. Another important quality that teacher needs is the ability to see each student's strengths, forte, and qualities. Thereby the teacher has methods to foster and promote effectively learner's gifted.

At certain stages of the lesson, a teacher may be a participant in the lesson as an equal learner, not as a teacher. At this time, the teacher will have other perspectives to help students solve difficulties in the learning process.
Also, as a participant in classroom learning activities, the teacher can return to the learner's position, understanding and sharing learning responsibilities with them. From that teachers can promote the active role of the learner and choose teaching methods suit.
