This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.
A very difficult unit - I may need to check for more information from resources regarding learning phrasal verbs and clauses. I think maybe more explanation is needed for these sections - for myself and for teaching. Overall, a good unit. I learn't how and where to apply modal auxillary verbs, and active and passive voices. Also, how these can be taught effectively to students. This lesson has taught me the importance of being sensitive and responsive to my surroundings as a teacher. In my capacity as a teacher I must ensure I am creating the best possible atmosphere for students to learn through the use of appropriate seating arrangements, building rapport, maintaining class discipline and keeping the right balance between teacher and student talk times.
