In this ITTT TEFL review video Irina from Russia shares her course experiences. Irina was already teaching in her country but decided to complete ITTT's 120 hour online course in order to enhance her work in the classroom and to learn more skills. I have been teaching English as an ALT for two years already, and most of the content in this unit are things that I already knew or have learnt while on the job. However, the terms I have learnt while on the job were learnt via my own research when the need to know the terms arose. So from doing this unit, I feel like I have gained a stronger foundation in basic grammatical terms.This section includes methods for structuring lesson plans and how to prepare for class within the various learning aspects towards ensuring goals within the classroom. For example, one may state a goal and the possible causes for it not to be accomplished, and state methods for how it can be accomplished. This serves as a working guideline for educators to integrate into practice.
