This unit focuses on the control of the classroom. As instructors it is our job to keep a safe and comfortable environment for the students and ourselves. In understanding our position and the students' we establish a community fit for learning.This unit covered ways in which you could develop your course. Specifically we looked at level testing,conducting a needs analysis and limiting factors against your planning. Syllabus design was particularly helpful as I begin to think about the framework of each of my lessons. Assessments and examinations were also covered which are equally valuable for the student and teacher.
