In this Unit, we have looked at some of the most common problem situations that a teacher may encounter in the English class. It provides some skills and ways to deal with these issues. There are two groups of people which are the new group and existing group. for each group, teachers should use different class activities, such as establishing rapport, games and class materials.COURSE BOOKS ARE IMPORTANT BUT AT TIMES WE NEED TO USE ADDITIONAL MATERIALS TO MAKE THE STUDENTS UNDERSTAND MORE.WHEN YOUR USING A COURSE BOOK IN LASS, IT PROVIDES A TRIED AND TESTED SYLLABUS.AT TIMES WHEN PEOPLE ANALYSE A COURSE BOOK, THEY DO NOT CONSIDER THE PUBLISHER WHICH TO ME IS NOT OK. I THINK THE PUBLISHER IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE IF NOT OF HIS IDEA, THE BOOK WILL NOT EXIST.
