I found this section quite daunting. I became cognizant that my speaking and writing knowledge of the language is excellent; however, my understanding of grammatical rules to be almost non-existent. It reaffirmed that one doesn't always know, what they don't know. I do believe that the content in this section will be reviewed many, many times, regardless of my occupation.Managing a classroom is all about having firm and clear expectations and having the students ultimately responsible for their own learning. Creating a positive learning environment free of judgment and criticism is important for the confidence of each child.
