This video is a sample EFL lesson in a real-life classroom setting abroad. In the study phase of this lesson the students learn how to build questions with modal verbs. The teacher writes example sentences on the board and the students need to make corresponding questions. It is essential during a study lesson to clearly write information on the board so that the students can absorb the new grammar point or vocabulary effectively.

in this unit i have learnt several things for example how to fit the games according to the lesson needs. i have come to very useful web links to find useful material for lessons. i have already done this activity where we ask the students how to agree or disagree but the way its presented here is better than what i do in the lessons. the lesson plans are also quite helpful.During this lesson I could learn about the productive skills, writing and speaking, and which would be the most suitable way of teaching them.These are different skill, but they are put in practice with the same purpose, to communicate. They are equally important, so we need to have into account avoid neglecting the writing skill, and give them both even priority.
