I have learnt a lot from the section ?Maintaining Discipline? since I had no idea how I should deal with students with problem behaviour before. It tells me how to prevent and respond to this problem.Monitoring and assessment are key components in the classroom and beyond. Not only do they help the student remember and cement what they have learned, but it gives the teacher a point of reference for placing students in the proper group or class. I hope to administer these exams in a way to help my students, not by getting them to memorize facts, but to utilize the language.
