It gives me an overview of choosing topics, text and tasks to create interest among the students. I personally think that the pre-existent knowledge of students is very important to identify the cultural understanding and from there, we could work further on introducing new knowledge and concepts to them, which may change their perspective towards a thing, place and people.The teacher must use sound judgement and good observation techniques when presenting lesson plans to his/her class. One must be able to finesse a good communication strategy with the class at large, careful not to interrupt or to be too overtly critical of mistakes. Listening is as valuable as speaking, strategic listening and tactical speaking must be planned in advance.
