Overall this section is good. I feel like the questions about best order for lesson segments is rather subjective without more information as you could make them work in many different ways. For example you could do a gap-fill activity before or after highlighting the contracted form of the structure depending on that specific structure concept the gap fill activity covers.I particularly found the parts explaining the differences between the past continuous, the past perfect and the past perfect continuous in a clearer manner than I am accustomed to particularly useful and refreshing. Based on my teaching experience, learners give up on the past perfect continuous tense too easily, although they are quick to insist that they want to learn it.
