English First Language Course has regular opportunities for TEFL qualified teachers in the heart of Diyarbakir, a city with a population of roughly 1.5 million people. Teaching contracts are for at least 9 months or a year long, depending on the arrival time of the teacher(s). Benefits include a salary of between $1,100-1,300 for 100 hours a month, plus extra money for extra hours. Cost of living here is very low, so teachers can save much more money than they can in other cities in Turkey. Other benefits include accommodation, health insurance and one-way flight ticket.
