At Kor Planet, we provide English-language camps for children and teens in Spain including a summer camp near the historical city of Toledo. Our summer camp, also known as Kor Camp, offers exciting job opportunities for English-native and English-speaking counselors who would like to gain an enriching cultural and professional experience using their TEFL skills.
Since 2015, we have been working with counselors who are passionate about working with kids. These talented young men and women have the fondest memories of working at Kor Camp as they immersed in Spanish culture and at the same time, received intensive training at an activities-based summer camp in Spain.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Open to EU, UK, and Canadian citizens only due to visa restrictions in Spain
• English native applicants or those with native-level or high-level of English
• Must be 18 to 35 years old
• Experience with children as English-speaking counselor/teacher
• Must have the passion in working with children
• Must have a lot of energy in working on a rigorous schedule with numerous activities
• Active, cheerful, responsible and committed
• Proactive and a team player
• Educational background: Finished or currently taking up TEFL (or any Baccalaureate Degree)
• Applicants with Camp Coordinator or Director experience may also apply for our Coordinator positions.
AVERAGE WORK SEASON/WEEK:
• Kor Camp consists of two consecutive periods in the summer. The first session is on 26th June-10th July, while the second session runs on 12th-26th July.
• A counselor normally works for one period only, but working for two periods may be considered by management.
• We also offer counselor jobs at our day camp.
COUNSELOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Works on a 24-hour job where they have to share the day-to-day routine with the children, which means being with them at all times including during meals, showers, cleaning of cabins, activities, etc.
• Tends to the needs of the campers, between the ages of 5 and 13 and makes sure that the children are enjoying their time and doing well
• Ensures the campers' learning of English through sports, the arts, off-camp trips, and other fun activities
• Conducts activities for the campers such as team and individual sports, arts & crafts, performing arts, among others
• Assists in organizing camp activities and materials
• Ensures the orderliness and cleanliness of camp tents and amenities
• Ensures the safety of campers
• Follows all camp rules, regulations and guidelines
