The ideal candidate must be CELTA or TESOL qualified to teach EFL, must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, experience teaching one-to-one and experience working with young learners. Candidates with an ability to teach mathematics, science and/or history as well as EFL are particularly welcome.
Tutors are carefully chosen for their enthusiasm for the subjects they teach and for the ability to pass this on to their pupils. Whether teaching at Carfax tutorial centres, at pupils’ homes or elsewhere, Carfax provides full support with curriculum materials, timetabling, progress monitoring, and reporting.
