Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

I have learned a tremendous amount from this unit. The various methodologies gave me a huge amount of food for thought regarding my own teaching techniques.I have learned a whole lot of teaching techniques and recommendations I most certainly can use in my classroom. I also learned that praise is equally important as correction. This fits in very well with Lee Canter's assertive discipline approachThe most important part of this unit is the suggestions for activate speaking activities. Apparently, what I think are activate activities are more study. I realize therefore that I need to be more creative with and analytical towards my approaches to each lesson. Written activities are very rare for me. In fact, I have never taught any writing lesson. I have viewed and graded written work, however.
