Syllabus Language School, a well-established private English school in Krakow Poland, has a full-time job (25 hours per week) for an EFL teacher who is available for a minimum of one academic year. Teaching teenagers and adults at afternoon and evening courses on the premises is required. Teaching methodology: communicative approach. One lesson lasts 90 minutes. Groups consist of 9 students. General English at B1 and upwards levels. Our school uses handbooks of British publishers (OUP, Pearson, Macmillan). Teachers are provided with handbooks, teaching materials and aids + Library + IWB+IT aids available. Preparation for Cambridge examinations is possible. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to make a long-term commitment. We offer methodological assistance and training.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
University degree (minimum BA or equivalent) + CELTA or TEFL or TESOL Certificate. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
The salary is about 1300 pounds nett per month. The exact salary is quoted during the interview. We cover the costs of health insurance and the costs of your flight to Poland. We offer accommodation located close to our school at 1200 zloty (PLN) per month, i.e 250 pounds per month. Media (utilities) are included.
