The successful applicant will have the following:

Minimum qualifications

Degree level qualification

Recognised English language teaching certificate such as TESOL or TEFL

Relevant adult education standards or demonstrate equivalent

An ideal applicant will demonstrate:

· collaborative approach to teaching and learning

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit gave a large but specific overview of the parts of speech of the english language. It defines the parts of speech well, giving examples for everything as well as the exceptions to the rules. Unfortunately in english there are many exceptions to every rule. I feel that this will be a frustrating section for the students but with lots of practice it will become second nature.In this lesson I have learned the most common problem that a teacher can encounter in the classroom and some effective ways to deal with them. I also learned how to deal with my very first lesson and some activities that would be useful during the lesson. I also learned some ways dealing with large number of students and how to make some difficult situation easier and more enjoyable.
