Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

In there are four aspects in regards to past tense: simple, continuous, perfect, and perfect continuous. I learned the form, proper usage, and typical mistakes students make while using past tense. I learned the affirmative, negative, and question forms of various regular and irregular verbs. I also learned it can be quite difficult for students to learn tense, depending on their native language.I found the information in this unit to be quite difficult. When expressing yourself verbally in English, you tend to overlook the grammar in constructing correct conditionals and reported speech. When studying the grammar structures, I realized that I wasn't at all aware of the correct formations and therefore found that this lesson has provided me with at least the basic, but correct knowledge.
