Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit focussed on the best ways to appropriately manage a class and common issues encountered. I was able to learn techniques that would help particularly in a setting where the English standard of students is at beginner or intermediate level. I particularly found the information on different types of group work interesting and beneficial as well as the ways problem behaviour can be prevented.I`ve enjoyed reading the information from this unit. I`ve known more important things about productive skills - speaking and writing. When I used to be a student, I didn`t have any problems with writing but I remember my classmated who had such kind of problem. Now a lot of my students are complaining that writing is too difficult for them. I`ve taken some ideas from this unit to solve the problem.
